BRIEF HISTORY
Adrian MRIAI MCIAT and Annette RIAIT Architectural Services is a company committed to delivering an excellent and efficient service to both the domestic and commercial sector. We have many years experience in all aspects of architectural practice, including Design, Planning Applications, Fire Certificate Applications, Tendering and Contract Administration. Between us we have over 48 years experience
We are experienced in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Religious, and Local Authority Projects, as well as Building Surveys, Site Assessments, Compliance and Valuation Certification.
The practice is computer based with Auto Cad used for design and draughting in both 2D and 3D. We are familiar with all aspects of e-business and the use of the internet.
Located in Ballincollig and Glanmire Co. Cork our Architectural Service aims to provide a bespoke solution to every design challenge. Our project experience ranges from one-off house design, extensions to existing homes to commercial / retail work.
We are members of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (R.I.A.I.) and the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.
